Who We Are

The Upscale Youth Development Center is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to empowering underprivileged communities in Jacksonville. We focus on education, economic growth, and creating safe spaces for adults and children.
About Us

Who?

For over 40 year El Beth-El Development Center has been serving Northeast Florida in meaningful ways. In keeping with this tradition of service we will halo local youth residents of Northeast Florida ages 16-24 from 4.0GPA to 'high-at-risks,

Program Objectives

The program aims to increase self esteem purpose and socio economic values while mitigating hatred, recidivism and emotion offending behaviour,

When

Beginning November 2023 each three month terms will serve students twice per week where we share ideas and  remove barriers in the lives of each participant

How?

Through various modules including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Decision Making Skills end Financial Literacy our speakers and activities build upon each other to create an engaging transformative experience
